5thJuly 2022 Malaysian Institute of Defence and Security (MiDAS) headed by Mr Noor Hisham Rosle received a visit from the Australian Command and Staff College (ACSC) students.
The 10 students were led by two Directing Staffs, Wing Commander Mel Sporer and Commander Ian Napthali. The student was led by Miss Chloe Buckle, an Australian Public Servant. The delegations from ACSC were accompanied by Colonel Brandon Woods, Defence Advisor and Commander Michael Doncaster, Assistant Defence Advisor from the Australian High Commission.
The visit includes a briefing on MiDAS by Capt. Tay Yap Leong Director of Maritime Security MiDAS, the Malaysia Defence White Paper by Mr Norwin Shariman Mohamad Nor from the Policy and Strategic Planning Division at the Ministry of Defence Malaysia and the Malaysian Armed Forces by Brigadier General Dato Wan Amin Hafiz Wan Mahmud RMAF from the Malaysian Armed Forces Headquarters. The visit ended with an exchange of mementoes and a photo session.
