29th May 2023 -Malaysian Institute of Defence and Security (MiDAS) headed by Major General Dato' Hj. Ya'cob Bin Hj Samiran, Chief Executive received a courtesy call from Dr TAO Tao, Deputy Secretary General from the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD) and his delegation.
The delegation was accompanied by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Malaysia staffs. Following the courtesy call a discussion was held.
The discussion started with a short introduction on MiDAS followed by an exchange of views on the current regional and international security situation. The visit ended with a group photo session.
