09 March 2016 -  Brig Gen Toh Choon Siang, Senior Director of MBOSC visited Military Community Transformation Centre (MCTC), Pangkalan TLDM, Lumut on 09th March 2016. The aim of the visit is to observe the developments of the project and to identify any challenges faced by all the agencies that collaborate in implementing NBOS initiatives. MCTC is one of the initiative under National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) 8 involved MAF.  MCTC Pangkalan TLDM, Lumut has many outlets including library, gymnasium, kindergarten, Koperasi Tentera and few shops with the aim to provide services to the MAF families and nearby public. During this visit, officers from the Department of Agriculture (Ipoh and Manjung), MARDI, FAMA, the Fisheries Department has participated.
