23 Apr 19 - Perwira Dialogue serial 2 in 2019 themed “Defence Industry” was successfully organised by the Malaysian Institute of Defence and Security (MiDAS) on 23rd April 2019 at Wisma Perwira Tentera Darat, Kem Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. This dialogue was held in conjunction with the government intent to produce a Defence White Paper. Three session of discussions was held in this one day event. The Deputy Minister YB Liew Chin Tong was officiated the dialogue, while the closing remarks by Deputy Secretary General (Management) Dr Karminder Singh Dhillon.
