3^rd Nov 2020- This webinar is the first seminar by the Minister of Defense / Senior Minister (Security Cluster) since he took office in February 2020.The keynote address was delivered by him and in his keynote address, he highlighted Malaysia's defence aspirations and drew attention to the similarity between Malaysia and the Netherlands as a maritime country.

This webinar is the first to provide space for the Ministries of Defense, stakeholders and industry of the two countries to establish relations and cooperation. Six members of the invited panel discussed and facilitated a better understanding of the geostrategic of Malaysia and the Netherlands as well as the direction of the defence plans of the two countries. The webinar was attended by about 352 participants from both countries.
