30^th April 2024 -YBhg Maj Gen Dato' Hj Ya'cob bin Hj Samiran, Chief Executive of MiDAS, led the delegation for the 17th Annual Meeting Network of ASEAN Defence Institution (NADI) in Vang Vieng, Laos.

He also presented a paper titled 'ADMM Plus Expansion: Opportunities and Challenges'. He argued the pros and cons of the possible expansion and suggested that ADMM needs to be tactful in making a decision regarding the expansion plan. En. Ahmad Tajuddin bin Mohd Said accompanied YBhg Dato' for the meeting.
