The NADI Track II Meeting held at Aonang Villa Resort in Krabi, Thailand, focused on "Evolving and Emerging Non-Traditional Security Challenges in the Era of Disruption."

16th July 2024 - The Track II Network ASEAN Defence and Security Institutes (NADI) Meeting held at Aonang Villa Resort, Krabi, Thailand on 15th - 18th July 2024.

MiDAS was represented by Chief Executive Mej Jen Dato Hj Ya'cob bin Hj Samiran, accompanied by Director of Regional Affair Kol Dr Samhasri bin Samah and Assistant Director of Regional Affairs Lt Kol Sharil Izuan bin Oshaman.

Representatives are from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippine, Singapore, Thailand, Timur Leste and Vietnam.The theme chosed by the organizer is "Evolving and Emerging Non Traditional Security Challenge in the Era of Disruptive World".

The meeting were organize by Strategic Studies Center Thailand. While The Opening Ceremony was officiated by Air Marshal Suriyapun Winmun Advisor, National Defence Studies Institutes. The Chief Executives also presented discusion on "Emerging National and Regional Non- Traditional Security Challenge". The meeting was conducted by presentation from each delegates with the topic given and also active discusion among delegations.
